This is just a proof of concept. A comparison with TSCAN on the deng dataset:

Here’s a clustering and minimum spanning tree by REBUS 2.0:

MST uses entropies as the distances. This is the result of EA for 10 clusters.

EA uses all 22431 gene expressions for clustering without any dimensionality reduction.
